Regarding Paul Joslin's comment on the state's $150 wolf incentive ("State puts a bounty on wolves," March 21): As an over half-century resident of Alaska, I find myself agreeing with Joslin's opinion that "we've been marching backward quite a while under this (game) board." Hallelujah! We are marching back to some good, old-fashioned, common-sense management that is long overdue instead of trying to talk wolves into declining.
