Poll Respondents Want Decision About Maggie Now

Anchorage, Alaska -- On Wednesday, May 30 Channel 2 News conducted an online poll asking if the Alaska Zoo should wait to make a decision about moving Maggie the elephant.

76 percent of the respondents said the Zoo should not wait to make a decision. Here are the official question and results.

Do you think the Alaska Zoo should wait three months to make a decision to move Maggie the elephant?

Yes              21 percent

No               76 percent

Undecided     3 percent
