Tourists Vow to Boycott Alaska;
Let's Hope They Keep their Promise

Letters to the Editor / Anchorage Daily News / November 12, 2003

In response to Mr. Orzeckowski ("Gov. Murkowski's decision to go over heads of voters is appalling," Nov. 8), I must agree that our governor has made decisions that, if not appalling, border on the unbelievable. The wolf decision was not one!

It is my fond hope and desire that Mr. Orzeckowski carry out his promise:

"You won't see my wife and me, and many others like us, aiding and abetting the Murkowski bullies by spending money in the state of Alaska, etc."

Good for Larry! Please, please keep this promise!

-- Lee Twing / Palmer
