With His Policies on Wolves, Governor Tampers with Ecosystem

Re: "Activist Issues Boycott Warning" (Dec.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the absurdity of Murkowski's comment
that wolves (who depend on game for food just as humans do) should be wiped out
because, "In Alaska, moose and caribou are our livestock ... We are just trying
to protect our livestock."
Murkowski doesn't own the moose and caribou. He didn't go out and plant little
moose and caribou seedlings last spring. They're not exclusively his to harvest.
Has he ever heard of an ecosystem? It's a place where all animals live and have
a right to be.
It's his good old boy concept of eminent domain that is tampering with Alaska's
ecosystem. Once you take responsibility for your ignorance then you will understand
why you have put "Alaska under the microscope."
