Howl-Ins in the Lower 48

Priscilla Feral, President / Friends of Animals / December 16, 2003

As of December 16, 2003, Friends of Animals has organized Howl-Ins for 27 locations in 20 U.S. states on December 27 and 28, 2003.  At the events, people drawn to the wolf-howling displays will sign a postcard to Governor Murkowski that reads:

Alaska's state-sponsored aerial wolf -shooting program, developed to make the hunting of moose more convenient, is an ethical outrage and national disgrace.

I pledge to boycott travel to Alaska until your administration's wolf "control" program is cancelled.
