Next Logical Step in Predator Control
is Killing Orcas from Airplanes

Letters to the Editor / Anchorage Daily News / December 22, 2003

You stomp out one pest and right away, up springs another.

First, it was the wolves around McGrath. Now it's killer whales just about everywhere in Alaska's waters eating everything all the time. Still what works for one pest should work just as well for the other.

So we won't be as starved for fish as McGrath is for moose meat, the governor should immediately institute aerial hunting of orcas. The logic is the same and it makes just as much sense.
